She was predeceased by : her parents, Loretta Morczek and Rudolph Morczek; her husband Jim; and her brothers, Robert, Adolph, Gilbert and Peter Morczek.

She is survived by : her daughters, Audrey Mathis of Syracuse, Gisele Zelazowski of Boonville, Yvonne Mathis Jerome of West Leyden, Michelle Dale (Rick) of West Leyden and Tabitha Mathis of West Leyden; her grandchildren, Jamie Healt, Jessica Scott, Richard, Bryan Zelazowski, ShaeLynn Rowland, Emily Jerome, BreAnne Ringwald and James Dale; her great grandchildren, Otto Ringwald, Rob Scott, Weylon, Natalie Rowland, Amelia, Scarlett and Clayton Zelazowski; her siblings, David, Rudolph Jr. and Roseanne; and her niece Sheila Underwood.
