He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Fortino and Margaret Fortino (Hennessey); and his brothers, Carmen, Jr. and Henry Fortino. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fortino (Bisbo); his children, Gina Cassavaugh (Koth) and Michael Fortino (Emily); and his grandchildren, Gianna, Gavin Cassavaugh, Bradley and Zachary Fortino. He is also survived by aunt, several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
