She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Vanderworken and Harriet Vanderworken (Prime); and her husband Joe Moulton Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Joe Moulton Jr. (Lucy) and Melissa Nagaraj (Simha); her sister Diane Avery; and her grandchildren, Justin, Brittany, Rebecca, Joseph, Sofia, Maya and Aiden. She is also survived by many Great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital, and the SPCA.
