It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jason M. Green of West Monroe, New York, who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his brother Jonathan Green. He is survived by : his parents, Kimberly Green-Burdick (Willys) and Dannie Green (Yuli Afnan); his grandmother Geraldine Ingerson Weaver; his sisters, Danielle Green, Roxanne Burdick and Alicia Burdick Reno; and his children, Aiden Green, Kianna Green, Carson Green, Kaylyn Green, Haven Green and Olivia Green.

In lieu of flowers we are asking for donations to Jason's 6 children. Jason's father Dannie Green will manage the donation fund.
