She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Nye and Ethel Nye; her husband William F. Chapman; her siblings, Merle, Milford Nye and Doris Baldorf; and her stepdaughter Tracy Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Chapman (Les) of Central Square, Dawn Childress (Darren) of Raleigh, Michael Chapman of Syracuse, Kristina Donegan (Rick) of West Monroe and Kendra Chapman (Chris) of Cleveland; and her stepdaughter Terri. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations in Patricia's memory be made to either the West Monroe Volunteer Fire Department or Mallory Wesleyan Church, both organizations that were dear to her heart.
