He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hoenig and Anna Hoenig; his siblings, George, Ben and Therese; and his granddaughter Megan.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hoenig (Seery); his children, Robert (Amy), Richard (Susie), Diane (Richard), James (Brandi) and Brian (Joanne); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Amanda, Samantha (Emory), Danielle, Matthew (Hailey), Ryan, Mallory, Stephanie (Thomas), Aries, Mackenzie, Bronwyn (Ben), Gabrielle, Joseph, Thomas and Alice; his great grandchild Bailey; and his sister Joan (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
