We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Elizabeth Lockwood (West Nyack, New York). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Cal Lockwood; her children, Liz, Paul (Elise Anderson), John (Meghan Lockwood) and Jessica (Mike Dempsey); and her grandchildren, Sebastian, Chloe, Leo, Cooper and Sawyer. She was also cherished by her children and grandchildren, and three sisters.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joseph W. Sorce Funeral Home (728 W Nyack Rd, West Nyack, NY 10994). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Parish Church (34 W Nyack Rd, Nanuet, NY 10954). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Frederick Loescher Veteran Cemetery (220 Brick Church Rd, Spring Valley, NY 10977).
In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital (stjude.org), the World Wildlife Fund (https://protect.worldwildlife.org.) or to a charity of one's choice in Betty's honor.
