She is survived by: her mother Rosemary Kutchera Cowen; her husband Jason Papenmeyer; her son Matthew Papenmeyer; her stepfather Peter Callahan; and her siblings, Heather Cowen Reekie (Bob) and Steven E. Cowen (Denise). She is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews; 2 great nephews; 3 cousins; 2 aunts and 1 uncle.
