As Ramon departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Ramon may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ramon leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Filomeno Reyes and Consorcia Balatero; his sister Helen Reyes; his uncle Neciancino J. Estaca Sr.; and his nephew-in-law Christopher Young.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lardizabal Reyes; his siblings, Charita Reyes De Villa (Antonio De Villa), Orvilla Reyes Adame and Rodolfo Reyes; his sister-in-law Adelfa Maningas Reyes; and his aunts, Lina Handugan Estaca and Lucy Handugan Bolanio.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Joseph W. Sorce Funeral Home (728 W Nyack Rd, West Nyack, NY 10994). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Church (36 W Nyack Rd, Nanuet, NY 10954).
