He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emma Ferrara and Michael Ferrara; his wife Leona T. Novak (Lee); his sons, Anthony and Ray (Deborah Zaccaro); and his grandsons, Jack, Benjamin and Samuel.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joseph W. Sorce Funeral Home (728 W Nyack Rd, West Nyack, NY 10994). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (128 Parrott Rd, West Nyack, NY 10994). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Frederick Loescher Veteran Cemetery (220 Brick Church Rd, Spring Valley, NY 10977).
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
