She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Burch and Bertha Burch; her siblings, Howard Burch, Barbara Allen, Larry Burch, Joyce Burch, Mary Lou Burch and Ken Burch; her former husband Gerald Moss; her boyfriend William Rogers; and her grandson Nicholas.
She is survived by: her siblings, Beverly Tatko, Dickie Burch and Susan Duskiewicz; her children, Michael Moss (Tina Hoffman-Moss) and Susan Burch; her grandchildren, Stacia, Garrett and Nathaniel Moss; her son Timothy Rogers (Nancy); and her grandson Kyle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jr. Funeral Home (1700 Washington Ave, Rensselaer, NY 12144).
Kay requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Planned Parenthood.
