He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Blowers and Jeanette Fordley; and his siblings, Kenneth Blowers, Georgina Blowers Roska and Dorothea Blowers DeRosa.

He is survived by : his siblings, Lois Rowe, Elizabeth Sager, Floyd, Leroy, Albert and James Blowers.
