She was predeceased by: her son Aldur Birk. She is survived by: her husband Jaan Birk; her children, Arvo Birk (Jean), Raymond Birk (Kristine), Elizabeth Seibert (John), Anita Birk and Haley Lynch (John); her grandchildren, Lance, Crystal, Inge, Sarah, Matthew, Sean, Courtney, Rachel, Madeline, Allie and Jack; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Noel and Noah.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
