She was predeceased by: her child Gail Battaglia; and her parents, Casimer Kania and Josephine Kania. She is survived by: her husband John A. Battaglia; her children, Joseph (Susan), Daniel (Kathleen) and Sharon (Robert); her grandchildren, Stephanie Battaglia, Sarah Tarney (Brandon), Jessica, Elizabeth Battaglia, Joseph and Maria Mager; her great grandchildren, AJ, Samantha, Lucas and Theo; and her brother Frank Kania.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church (3148 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127).
