It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel J. Kovach of West Seneca, New York, who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Daniel departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Daniel. Though Daniel may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Frances T.; his parents, Joseph Kovach and Zora Kovach; his brother Kenneth Kovach (Tina); and his nephew Brad Kovach.
He is survived by: his sons, Derek (Jennifer) and Wayne Kovach (Mary); and his grandson Benjamin Kovach.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hoy Funeral Home (3855 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Queen of Heaven Church (4220 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224).
