She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Schultz and Florence Schultz. She is survived by: her husband Ronald H. Smith; her children, Lisa Juda (Mike), David Smith (Barbara) and Ann Marie Houck (Craig); her grandchildren, Joseph Juda (Marissa), Bryan Juda, David Smith (Brittany), Sarah Vail (Jacob) and Riley Houck; and her great grandchildren, Grayson and David. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
