He was predeceased by: his son Michael Powers. He is survived by: his daughter Emily Kawa; his grandchildren, Isaac and Allison Kawa; his brother Richard Powers (late Bonnie); and his son-in-law Donald Kawa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
