She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Jack" Koza. She is survived by: her children, Kathyanne Allnutt (Lewis), Karen Phelps and Kristin Babiracki; her grandchildren, KC, Katie, Tyler, Tucker, Harper, Peyton and Lucianne; and her sister-in-law Geraldine Maciolek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
