She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Weiss; her children, Kimberly Van Wagnen (Michael), Christopher Weiss, Nanie and Morgan Stone (Derick); her grandchild Liana Weiss; and her great grandchild Quinn Van Wagnen. She is also survived by relatives and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jackie's name to the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
