He was predeceased by: his siblings, Alberta "Betty" Miller, Eugene, George, Ruth and James.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Anne Shutowich (James), Barb Iafallo, Kathleen Henshaw (Eric) and Jerome "Jerry" M. (Heather); his grandchildren, Nicole, Kira, Emily Shutowich, Alexander Iafallo, Julianna Herrmann (Zac), Elizabeth, Christopher Henshaw and Olivia Johnson; his sister Joan McTigue (late Ronald); and his sister-in-law Bernadine. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
