He is survived by: his son Michael (Karen); his wife Marlene Bukowski; his son Robbie Bukowski; his grandchildren, Ashley, Dylan, Taylor and Ayden; his brother David (Arlene); and his brothers-in-law, Donald (Arlene), David (Nancy), John (Terry) and Richard Betker (Mary). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
