We announce the death of John W. Schwing (West Seneca, New York), who passed away on August 4, 2026, at the age of 86. John will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Karen E.; and his sister Patricia Michaud (Ike). He is survived by: his children, John W. Schwing Jr., Jodi Forgione (John) and Jeffrey Schwing; his grandchildren, Benjamin Zaky (Kaitlyn), Brenden Zaky (Leah Scanio), Kaylie, Ava and Eli; his great grandchild Rowynn; his brother-in-law Ken Kemble (Monica); his godchildren, Bitsy, Timothy and Mary Beth; and his niece Jill.
