She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Edward Lewandowski; and her brothers, Ronald Crutchfield (Nancy) and Edward Crutchfield (late Henrietta). She is survived by: her daughters, Bernice Luppino (Anthony), Janet Hughey (David), Patricia Welisevich (William) and Donna Lewandowski; and her close friends, Aggie and Lillian. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren & 6 Great-Great Grandchildren.
