She was predeceased by: her father Dennis H. McHugh; and her brother Dennis P. McHugh. She is survived by: her son Charles "CJ" McHugh; her mother Joyce McHugh; and her siblings, Mary McHugh, Michelle Vandewalker (Kenny) and Sean McHugh.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kelly honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Erie County SPCA.
