He was predeceased by: his wife Dian Cieslik; and his siblings, Richard Cieslik Jr. and J. Black. He is survived by: his children, Michael E. Cieslik (Jennifer) and Jill Cieslik; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Elizabeth and Gabriel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
