It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul A. Preston Sr. (West Seneca, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on May 6, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Paul's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Preston and Catherine Preston; and his sister Jane MacClenathan (late Neal). He is survived by: his son Paul Jr. (Marguerite); his wife Carol Preston; his son Christopher Preston (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Jason, Jennifer and Ian. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren, a niece and 2 nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lakeside Memorial West Seneca Chapel (1340 Union Rd, West Seneca, NY 14224). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
