He is survived by: his wife Linda D'Amico; his children, Jennifer Hanna (James) and Brian D'Amico (Cory); his stepson Timothy Lester (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Allison, Meghan, Peyton, Gavin and Teagan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
