He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph "Doc" (late Donna). He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Thomas, II, David (Stacy) and Kerry Golas (Darren); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Luke, Owen, Noah Golas, Aidan and Ava McNamara. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
