He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kim Crooks; his children, William (Jenna) and Zachery Crooks (Abi); his brother Jack Crooks (Donna); his close friend Anthony Andriaccio (Ann); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trent, Tucker, Blakley and Hudson.
