He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Parks. He is survived by: his father Allan Parks; his wife Marietha Scruggs; his children, Taunya Parks-Jones Tadd (Nicholas) and Timothy Parks; his grandchildren, Greggory, Hayleigh, Karmena and Layne; his great grandchildren, Delaney and Arivanna; and his brother Richard Parks (Louise) of Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
