“I am so saddened at the passing of a wonderful friend. Frank was a great person; he was funny, kind, thoughtful. I worked with Frank before he became an Asst. Principal, and I was privileged to watch him recruit veterans who wanted to complete their education. I was one of the teacher's at the evening program in the Bronx, I will cherish these memories. He was a devoted husband and father who spoke of his family often. His memory will remain alive In my heart. God's blessing to the family.”
