David Hoffman Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoffman and Eleanor Bush Hoffman; his siblings, Geraldine Baker, Charles Hoffman, Robert Hoffman and Ruth Wolff; and his great grandchild Graeson DeLand.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Haskin Hoffman; his children, Lori Rickerson (Scott) of Westfield, Kelly DeLand (Craig) of Westfield and Michael Hoffman (Jodi) of Fredonia; his grandchildren, Nathan Chapman (Christine), Carley Lata (Andrew), Jessi Rickerson, Ryan DeLand, MacKenzie DeLand, Madison Swierk (Tony), Lucas Hoffman and Sydnee Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Maggie, Callie Lata, Leenah, Lyra, Madden DeLand, Mateo, Correa, Beckham Swierk, Baby Chapman and Baby Lata; and his siblings, Marie Keppner, Gary Hoffman, Linda Schuyler (Phil), Howard, Gwen Haskin and Phyllis Genthner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Freay Funeral Home (139 S Erie St, Mayville, NY 14757). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Westfield (19 Union St, Westfield, NY 14787).
