He was predeceased by : his father David W. Newell. He is survived by : his mother Phyllis Newell (Levandoski); his siblings, Kathryn Newell Hoyt and Timothy J. Newell (Tim); his children, Lyn Mazzarella (Richard) of Arizona and Kevin M. Newell, Jr. of Erie, PA; his nephew Phillip Hoyt (Lindsay) of Rochester, NY; his aunt Nancy; and his uncle Steve Nichols of Westfield.
