Marshall of Westfield, New York, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Marshall; his children, Vikki Bowen (Patrick) of Westfield, NY and Douglas Marshall (Julie Chipman) of Jamestown, NY; his grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas Marshall (Bridget Degan), Damean, Charles Bowen and Matthew Tsitso; and his siblings, Jim Alcorn (Sue) of North East and Sue Osborne (Bob) of Monessen.

The family suggests memorial contribution in Dick's memory to the Westfield Fire Dept. or the United Methodist Church of Westfield.
