He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Woleben and Beulah Woleben; and his brother Timothy L. Woleben. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Woleben; his children, Kimberly Underwood (Barry) of Westfield, NY and Mark S. Woleben of Fredonia, NY; his grandchildren, Brandon (Deanna), Alexander Underwood (Viviana), Matthew and Amanda Woleben; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Emilio, Emory and Broc Underwood.
