He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Horn and Betty Horn. He is survived by: his former spouse Laurie DeBoy; and his wife Westfield.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mason Funeral Home (37 Clinton St, Westfield, NY 14787).
