He was predeceased by: his parents, David Louis Surovy and Anna Novak Surovy. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Elliott Surovy; his sister Carole Surovy Swantek; his son David Daniel Surovy; and his granddaughter Emma (Oliver). He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
