Charles L. Thaler Obituary

In loving memory of Charles L. Thaler of Westmoreland, New York, who departed this world on November 29, 2025 at the age of 94. Charles leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thaler and Mildred Thaler (Kingsbury); his wife Lois Irene Howlett; his granddaughter Amanda Thaler; and his siblings, Shirley, Dorsey, Richard, Donald and Gerald.

He is survived by: his children, Garry Thaler of Westmoreland, Sandra Mudge of Fort Myers and Leisa Clawson (Harold); his grandchildren, Trisa Mena (Toby), Jessica Salerno, Baden Mudge (Ashley), Lisa Mathy (Richard), Zachery Reed and Jacob Reed; his great grandchildren, Ellea, Ellana, Kalli Mena, Ashton Stoddard, Grayson Salerno, Kinsley, Aria and Lily Mudge; and his brother Barry Thaler (Andrea).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service (35 College St, Clinton, NY 13323).
