He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. C. Vaughan Lewis and Francis M. Lewis (Hesters); his siblings, Sandra "Bimsey" Swancott and John Lewis; and his children, Patricia, Linda, Christopher and Edward "Teddy" Lewis.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Macri; his girlfriend's daughters, Kristina Powers of Yorkville and Tanya Macri of North Utica; his grandchildren, Juliana Powers, Lloyd "LJ" Powers of Florida, Jaiden Stewart of North Utica, Tristin, Grayson Croft of North Carolina, Tanner Lewis and Ellie Lewis of Las Vegas; and his nieces, Leslie Kish of California and Laura (David).
