The memory of Charles S. In the vast expanse of eternity, Charles shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Charles farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Madeline Russo; and his children, Regina, Michael (Rose), Francis, Thomas and Barbara. He was also cherished by wife, his five children, nine grandchildren, and four (soon to be five) great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ballard-Durand Funeral & Cremation Services of Elmsford (72 E Main St, Elmsford, NY 10523). A Mass was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 59 E Main St, Elmsford, NY 10523. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
