He was predeceased by: his parents, Chung Ming Lai and King Ng Wong; and his daughter Sinting Lai. He is survived by: his wife Daisy Sau Fong Lai; his son Chun Kok (Pamela); his grandchildren, Jared Lai (Lauryn), Simon Lai (Yubonnat) and Gayle Fernandez-Lai; Campbell.
