She is survived by: her husband Fabio Martinez of White Plains; her daughters, Maria Formoso (Agustin) of White Plains and Teresa Vasnaik (Kasmir) of Poughkeepsie; her grandchildren, Raquel Formoso, Julian Formoso and Emily Arnold; her great grandchildren, Noah Toledo and Bryce Toledo; her siblings, Jose Puentes, Consuelo Puentes and Ermitas Puentes; and her siblings-in-law, Azucena Suarez and Pompilio Mayo.
