He was predeceased by: his parent Elizabeth Mary Pendleton; his wife Carolyn Irene Jeter; his brother-in-law Tommie Jeter; and his mother-in-law Ernestine Foster. He is survived by: his children, Brian Pendleton and Kimberly Pendleton of Bronxville, NY; his daughter-in-law Dionne of Upper Marlboro, MD; his grandchildren, Leigh, Caleb and Joshua; his sister-in-law Joyce Jeter of Newnan, GA; his niece Tracy; his nephews, Jim and Eric (Edith); his friend Shirley Smithson of Silver Spring; Julia Irene Wright of Jamaica, NY and Elaine Grant of Bronx, NY.
