We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2024, at the age of 57, Laurie Denise Kelley (White Plains, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Charles Kelley, Sr.; her sister Alesia Kelley-Franklyn; her grandparents, Otis, Sr., Laura McCants, Hardin and Osceola Kelley; her goddaughter Tatiana Cha'kel-Deneen Thomas (Mickens); and her aunt Julia Cannon.

She is survived by : her mother Gertrude Kelley; her daughter Ryanne Gelesia; her siblings, Kiva Kelley, Charles Kelley, Jr. and Donnye Kelley; her nieces, Khyra, Christina and Lundon; her nephew Polo Marquis; her uncles, Hamilton McCants, Otis McCants, Jr. (Ada) of Cleveland, OH and James Travis "JT" McCants (Iris) of Beatrice, AL; her siblings-in-law, Wayne Franklyn of New Rochelle, NY and Iraida Kelley of Atlanta, GA; and her close friend Allan Robertson. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (188 Orawaupum St, White Plains, NY 10606). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at the White Plains Rural Cemetery (167 N Broadway, White Plains, NY 10603). Please feel free to come to the church wearing a mask, & social distance as much as possible. If you know you have a coronovirus/COVID-19; are sick/experiencing symptoms of coronovirus/COVID-19; are immuno-compromised and/or have health/other conditions that make your body more susceptible to illness, please do NOT attend any services nor come to either facility.

As a lasting tribute, you may choose to plant a tree, and/or a contribution may be made in her name/memory/honor to a church or charity of your choice.
