She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr Edward A Pfeiffer and Marcella C Pfeiffer; her sisters, Claire Page, Jeannine Mannix and Deanne Raymond; and her spouse Dr Royce Syracuse.

She is survived by: her pet Sheba. She is also survived by sixteen nieces, nephews.
