She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Horton and Mary Horton; her husband William; her daughter Melody; and her nephew Adeyami.
She is survived by: her sister Evelyn Tinsley; her children, Donna, Vikkita, Nannette (Samuel), Joseph (Carlissa), Louis, William, Alicia, Donald and Genine; her niece Noreen; and her nephew Carl Jr..
