With sadness, we share the passing of Rose M. Carpenter of White Plains, New York. Rose, born on November 30, 1931, passed away on August 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Rose for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While she will be deeply missed, the influence she had on the lives around her remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. Rose’s memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, a lasting reminder of the connections and experiences she brought to the world.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Siino and Carmella Siino; and her husband Richard Carpenter. She is survived by: her children, Robert P. Carpenter of White Plains and Cheryl Weihr of Virginia. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home, Inc. (491 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains, NY 10605). A Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (92 S Lexington Ave, White Plains, NY 10601).
