He is survived by: his wife Claire; his children, Nadia Bieber (John) and Stefan Kuczinski (Karin); his grandchildren, Sam, Owen Bieber (Nadia), Zoe, Remi Kuczinski (Stefan) and Poppi; his caregiver Kate (Khatuna); and his uncle Teddy. He is also survived by his family.
