He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Mary Lewis (Evans); and his siblings, Christopher Rolle, Shirley Anthon, John Lewis Jr. (Newban), Joanna Taylor and Arlene Johnson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sophie Ward, Joyce Daniels, Toni Lewis, David Lewis, Steven Lewis, Gennieve Stennett and June Carter; and his siblings-in-law, Marian Lewis, Phillis Lewis and Ernest Daniels. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Space is limited, so an RSVP is mandatory.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to two ministry organizations that were deeply meaningful to Wayne Lewis.
