McQuade, Sr.; his siblings, Todd R. McQuade, Sr., Cheri, Ralph and Tammy Stockholm; his nephews, Todd R. McQuade, Jr. and Christopher M. McQuade; and his great-nephew Todd R. McQuade, III.
